INTRODUTION

Xenophobia is a dislike of or prejudice against people from other countries. the various public learn different things from social media and the use it to express their own feelings. The findings and analysis of the posts provided Jones with clear lessons in how social media was linked to xenophobia on the streets as well as in how to help moderate the conversation.

BACKGROUND OF XENOPHOBIA

between march and April south African people started to xenophobic attacks in kwaZulu-natal in 2015, seven people from outside our country were killer about 4000 people were injured because of mistreated and violence they were given by south Africans. between march and may the violence took place in other provinces such as Johannesburg. business were no longer working,home wrecked,and and many foreigners were forced to go back to thier own countries  and the were saying foreigners were changing the south African society by selling bodies and drugs.

ADVANTAGES

Easy integration: this can help the public relation practitioner to spread information to the target audience or various people,because most of people are use to social media and the have capability to use it. the PRP can use media tools to spread information about xenophobia and alert people, the PRP will appear loyal to the various public

Sharing links: people will visit the blog to comment and share links in a way of giving accurate information and the PRP will gain loyalty and trust to the journalist. PRP can use different social media such as Facebook,twitter and LinkedIn to communicate with both stakeholders internal and external
-easy communication

-Use of social media can encourage other countries to fight for foreigners
-rise the image of the organisation
-sharing different ideas and using other people's thought

DISADVANTAGES 

-reputation: social media can easily ruin the reputation of the public reputation when posting about xenophobia, because people will think is a way of promoting violence and xenophobia as well
-Need publicity: journalist and media release can easily lose interest on Public relation practitioner because the will think of promoting inaccurate information
-Haking: people can steal and use the account of PRP and post negative thought this can damage the image of the organisation

RECOMMENDATION

The public relation practitioner should adopt healthy life style of posting accurate,timely and news worth information about the brand,organisation and clients. this can result very positive because it will help him or her to understand the specific audience and the the organisation will react the object of spreading information to the various public
- the PRP must frequently comment on the blog to remain as the though leader
-visit other people's blog to get much better information
-do not take side when you're addressing or telling the story
-the public relation practitioner must manage and plan the project 
-give people the accurate,timely and new worthy information
